How come my buttons open pages in a new window ?

While generating your Flash animation, did you put something in the "Target Frame Name" text field ?

If yes, the Flash animation will try to reach that frame, if it doesn't exist it will popup a new window. Try to generate a new Flash animation but keep this field blank.
